COLOR ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
Please note that while we strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, all product images on our website are captured under professional studio lighting and edited for clarity. As a result, slight color variations may occur between the photos and the actual product.
Additionally, differences in monitor and device screen settings (such as brightness, contrast, and color calibration) may affect how colors appear. We do not consider these minor variations as defects or grounds for return, exchange, or refund. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this possible variation.
Goods once sold on www.harlienz.com can only be returned if they are defective from the brand’s side and if they meet our terms and conditions. The returning item should be in its original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered, or unwashed) and should be sent back within 7 days from the delivery date.
Every Harlienz piece goes under a high-quality check before sending out the garments; however, if you are not satisfied with the product received that is faulty or damaged, please let us know via admin@harlienz.com or customercare@harlienz.com. Any pictures attached for reference would speed up the process.
HOW TO RETURN
You must inform us within 7 days of delivery of the product. Please get in touch with us on WhatsApp at +974 33086663 or send us an email to admin@harlienz.com or customercare@harlienz.com with your order number and attach an image of the piece purchased and the faults in the piece/reason for exchange or return. You will hear from us within 24 hours after we receive your message. Once you hear back from us and receive the alteration approval, please ship out the piece to us.
Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and intact packaging with the price tag. Item(s) that show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for return. We would require all original invoices to be returned with the product. www.harlienz.com reserves the rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns.
Please note:
Harlienz does not accept any returns delivered to us without prior communication and agreement. Please make sure all items to be returned are properly packaged and all the relevant invoices are attached.
All limited editions, discounted, and brand collaboration products are final sales (no returns, no exchanges).
Online orders cannot be returned in-store.
Any order under discount is neither exchanged nor refunded.
REFUND
We do not provide a refund on the goods sold on www.harlienz.com. They can only be returned for defects caused by us. Harlienz reserves all the rights to inspect and rectify the defect or replace the product. If we are unable to do so, then we will refund the money within 14 working days once the defective garment reaches us. All returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made.
ALTERATION
Harlienz will provide 1 free alteration on every order, along with the free return shipment up to 14 days from the order receiving date. In each order that will be sent, there will be a return invoice, and just contact +974 33086663 or admin@harlienz.com to process and schedule a pick-up appointment with the courier company DHL/ARAMEX.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellation or exchange once you place an order with us.
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide via DHL and Aramex.
SHIPPING TIME
The shipping time varies in peak seasons. Normally, the shipping time is 3-7 working days. However, during peak seasons, it could be 3-21 working days.
